What memory reappeared in mind and What emotion got triggered in relation to the memory ?

Each day some memory arise in our minds , often we dwell in the memory , but the best way to handle the memory and it’s emotions is to write by analysing whether an action has been taken for improvement is the memory triggers regrets, anger , desperate if not write down small steps for improvement . If the emotion associated with memory is happiness , kindness , etc try to repeat the essence of action present in the memory. This kind of auditing your memories to prevent you from overwhelming.

What is the one rejuvenating thing you did for your body ?

Rejuvenating the body helps to maintain physical as well mental health . Include one small routine as a plan in morning journaling and reflect how you feel after that routine in evening journaling time so that it helps to be consistent with rejuvenating habit. It can be 100 Jumping Jacks or 10 Minutes Meditation or 10 Minutes Walk or 10 Minute Stretching or Yoga …Anything for your body . Write it , execute it , Reflect and Write the Feelings after execution.

Which person behaviour triggered you today and why ?

It’s quite natural we get triggered by certain people, write the emotion triggered and why it is triggered . Say for example your insecurities in your work has been triggered when someone told it is not worth , then work on internal validation system ..how to improve breakdown small steps ..Writing the situation gives you clarity and then reflecting and writing the reason gives you the map to solution . This way you carve yourself to More Proactive than Being Reactive.

Ask questions while journaling, Brain loves questions ..and try to answer it ..Breakdown a situation Definitely the first path to solution being aware of the problem ..Journaling is the key to Clarity and with questions it is easy to achieve.
